We had a nice stay at Royalton Riviera Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the food was good and fresh, and our housekeeper was amazing. My only disappointment was that by the time we checked in, we were unable to get reservations for most of the better restaurants because they were already booked. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall.

The diamond club is a great addition to an already great hotel. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The pools along with the swim ups were great, their are no shortages of bars on property or just cruising around offering drinks.

So clean , staff were incredible , Amalia cleaned our room perfectly everyday, Expedia guy Andy Garcia was amazing ..he helped us for everything included our wonderful visit to Isle Mujeres…we felt everyone treat us like we are VIP… only thing was bad seaweeds …but you had a wonderful pools …definitely we go back for future vacation for there is no seaweeds

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay at the hotel! We traveled with our 2 year old toddler, my husband, and my mom, and we had such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the facilities were great, and the kids pool area was amazing our toddler absolutely loved it! The Expedia guest service was truly the best. Fabian was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and he even helped us with restaurant reservations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The outdoor areas were nice. Room was spacious but the only thing I didn't like was the condition of the room. It wasn't that clean. The bathroom door wasn't functional, the pools were amazing, and love entertainment was amazing. The buffet food was delicious, the hibachi restaurant was amazing, and everyone was friendly.

Everything in the control of the hotel was amazing! The restaurants were amazing! Our only disappointment was the beach, but apparently its seaweed season. Which I had no clue! Loved the resort so much, I’ll be back when it isn’t seaweed season. ☺️👍

I recently traveled to Cancun with my family and stayed at the Royalton Riviera Resort-Casino. There were endless activities during the day for children which was great for my four year old. Additionally, there were ample options for adults, especially fitness related. The restaurants were amazing, my favorite was the Caribbean, (Abi was our waiter who offered some of the best service we’d ever experienced. The Japanese-Hibachi was another favorite, although every restaurant we visited was great. The rooms were clean and modern, while all the staff we came across were extremely friendly, and helpful. The only downside to the trip, was that the swim up bar was closed for repairs for the first half of our trip. Nonetheless, I will certainly visit this resort again.
