The customer service was excellent, with all staff members being friendly. The food was decent, and the lazy river pool was particularly amazing, where we spent the majority of our time. The beach was clean and the water was clear, except for some sargassum. All in all, it's a resort I'd happily visit again.

The resort is really big. Lots of walking! The restaurants were good but HOT 😔 Buffet is descent but nothing spectacular. My husband did enjoy the fresh seafood offered at the buffet though.
