Well maintained facility, rooms and all the open bars are decent. I enjoyed the pools kept open late and one of the pools open till 10pm. It may have been the wrong time of year to enjoy the beach, as there was a lot of seaweed. However, the resort more than made up for it. The swimming pools were good, the kids had a blast, and the food was enjoyable. The Fourth of July show on the beach was very entertaining and a highlight of our stay. It would have been even better if there had been more tubes available for the lazy river.

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa in Mexico. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the pools, entertainment, and overall atmosphere. The only downside was the beach. It wasn't as nice as we expected, so we spent most of our time enjoying the resort instead. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive getaway Thank you

I read so many reviews before picking this resort for our stay. I was very weary since the picture from guest were a bit discouraging, but I’m glad to report that we had an awesome stay. It is a more compact resort so you don’t get tired of walking everywhere. While we could actually get in the ocean due to the seaweed, the beach is super close and plenty of seating since everyone was in the pools. The pools were excellent and clean. The kids loved the lazy river and the beach shows. Buffet food was ok, but the hibachi and steak restaurants were great. Overall it was a great stay!

The welcome at the hotel was very pleasant and gracious, and the check-in process was quick and easy. We were able to start using the facilities immediately after checking in. Upon entering the room, we found it exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The service and staff were very pleasant, friendly, and attentive, The buffet restaurant didn't have many options. The service and attention at Bluewater Grill El Patio Restaurant was excellent. Everything in the pool area looked great; however, the beach was unusable due to excessive sargassum. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing was the buffet at night is not open every single night, as someone staying there the whole trip I feel like as it should be open for the people daily. This trip was not that bad! It seemed like there was a lot of things to do, especially for children. The only problem was the music entertainment would start so late and the blasting through the night so the kids couldn’t sleep. Employees could do a lot better when it comes to allergens. Multiple servers did not care enough to figure out if there was cross contamination.

Ver nice resort but I can’t get over the beach. They tried really hard to clean the sargassum, but in the end we travel to see a clean beach and clean water. This resort is not for us. The sand is incredibly soft and the resort is amazing for kids. I love the entertainment and options for food. Foam party and the beach trampoline made the little one’s trip.

Small but easy to get around! Everyone was incredibly nice and they loved their job. The seafood restaurant hands down was the best. Belisario was incredible. A lot of activities for families and kids and the live entertainment at night was definitely a plus. Our room was spacious and they came every day to clean. Definitely appreciate the overall experience and memories made here! Can’t wait to book again.
