Great hotel, mature property absolutely stunning. The room was large but a bit dated we were in building 7, and it hadn’t been renovated yet. The food was just ok, nothing special. We found the buffet to lack options and the specialty restaurants were not good. However the pool and property were stunning and the drinks at the lobby bar were amazing!

The resort was everything we intended for it to be. Staff was great and lots of entertainment and things to do. We traveled as a family with two kids. The drinks weren’t strong, only from the preferred member lounge with the premium liquor. Overall good food and trip.

We attended a family wedding & we had a great time! The staff were so helpful, friendly & willing to support. Rooms were so clean & housekeeping team was very attentive. We had a family member that had too many of the wonderful cocktails and the room was cleaned so spotless. My only area for improvement was the price for the spa and the vouchers you get as a preferred member, you should be able to use it wherever you'd like to. It seemed a little too controlled and I didn't want any wine so I should've been able to use it another area. Entire family loved the property and will definitely be back again. maybe next wedding!!

Great property with really amazing staff. The food was better than I expected having stayed at other Dreams resorts. The room was spacious & comfortable. Loved the views of the ocean from the balcony & bonus ocean views from the shower! Nightly entertainment was fun. There is no shortage of activities between kayaking, basketball & pickleball courts on the rooftop, mini golf. Really a great time for all ages. The down side was the beach. Soft sand but covered in sargassum. That’s typical for this time of year so I’m not holding that against them but the actual plot of ocean line the property sits on is covered in large rocks as you enter the ocean. Between the rocks & the seaweed almost everyone stayed near the pool.

The facility is in the process of renovation. There was more noise and disruption than expected. However, the staff everywhere was AMAZING! You are not just a room number but an individual who is acknowledged daily. The restaurants were excellent but dicey, due to the season and construction one could expect 1 or 2 restaurants to be closed daily. The entertainment is excellent for all ages. Unfortunately, due to construction there is virtually no place to walk as the beach is out due to all the sargassum. They will get there, it's just going to take some time. We prefer the Valentine but for the price, The Jade Dreams is a great value.
