Room were incredibly clean and the beach access was perfect for those wanting to swim and see some fish. Property was starting to show signs of aging and weathering, but not in a way that took away from the overall appeal. The resort is quieter than others, but perfect for those who want to relax and have excellent service from staff. The intermittent activities through the day were also nice to break up time in the sun. This was our second time visiting and we would definitely come again.

We had exceptional service. Caesar was amazing and went out of his way to make our dinners memorable. All the staff were attentive and nice. The resort was small and quiet, which we preferred for this trip. The room was cozy, clean and the perfect size for what we needed. We will definitely return to this resort.

From the moment we met him, he made us feel like family. He checked on us every day, always made sure we had our favorite drinks ready, and brought so much warmth and happiness wherever he went. His friendliness and personality made every visit something to look forward to. If you’re staying at Margaritaville Cancun, I highly recommend stopping by the Chill-O’Clock Bar and meeting Gregorio—you won’t regret it!
