Loved that property was very clean and room service was done every day as far as cleaning room. If you are looking for that outdoor area and beach open spaces area , this is it. Staff was always available and treated very nicely. Breakfast buffet was excellent and waiters’ service was great. Also the juice service was really tasty. Cannot say much about other amenities because I did not use them.

We arrived during the off season (Sept) and fell in love with this small, intimate resort! The rooms super clean, the pools and grounds very clean and laid out nicely. The staff were amazing and the beaches always clean, raked and beautiful. First time at a smaller resort - usually have visited the larger chains - and it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a smaller (SAFE) resort for families and more customized services, this is the place. The entertainment was top notch and overall a lovely, calm, quiet, beautiful place to be. We rate this a 9/10 for our experience here.

The wait staff, bartenders and maid service were top notch. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The check-in was stress free and checkout very smooth. Mostly al la carte. Buffet only for breakfast and one evening so evening and lunch options limited. Frank and Lola’s is a must. We were a group of 12 and everyone loved everything they ordered.

We had a swim up suite and absolutely loved it. The beach was cleaned every morning and was lovely. we were in a big group and everyone seemed to enjoy the atmosphere of the resort. The food was quite hit or miss. There is no buffet most of the time except breakfast. The Italian a la carte was great but the fushion was bad. Rita's Taco house was really good. The resort is quite secluded from anything else so you need a cab to go anywhere and they are quite slow and expensive. All in all I would stay there again

Our first all inclusive vacation and it was the best deal. The Margaritaville Island Reserve was absolutely amazing! Such hard working employees keeping everything clean, trimmed, tidy and always so friendly. Great food, drinks and our room was wonderful with a big walk in shower. My only wish is for better tasting desserts, otherwise we loved it. Can't wait to return soon!

We absolutely loved our staff, the ambassador Cynthia was absolutely lovely. However, we did have some problems with our room. We ended up having to move twice. The first room had a very musty smell. The second room was leaking from the ceiling. They did accommodate us in the best room that they had. One bar said that they were going to be open, but they were not for a whole duration of the trip. We also waited for towels for over an hour one day, even after asking many people for them. You could tell the property was a little rundown, but they were doing the best that they could with what they had. I do want to give a shout out to the staff though because they made the trip absolutely memorable. Ant, Antonio, and Cynthia and all of the bartenders were absolutely great.

Room were incredibly clean and the beach access was perfect for those wanting to swim and see some fish. Property was starting to show signs of aging and weathering, but not in a way that took away from the overall appeal. The resort is quieter than others, but perfect for those who want to relax and have excellent service from staff. The intermittent activities through the day were also nice to break up time in the sun. This was our second time visiting and we would definitely come again.
