I’ve traveled all over the world and the hospitality at this JW Marriott Cancún was superb. From the moment we stepped on the premise the staff was attentive and extremely kind! I am recommending this place to everyone I knew. I missed my flight and I wasn’t even upset because I was able to come back to JW Marriott Cancun for one more night!

“I stayed at the JW Marriott Cancun with my family in July, and we loved it. Everything was exceptional, and the resort felt safe the whole time. My kids had a great time. My only complaint is that there’s no kids club, which would have made it perfect for families. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say, and we’ll definitely be back!”

Rooms with beautiful ocean view, staff very nice and helpful, very large pools - breakfast complete. Ocean was full of sargassum in front of the hotel but we managed to find a clean spot by walking a bit past the Hard Rock Hotel. And Isla Mujeres with crystalline waters is not far anyway.

The onsite restaurants were fabulous. The meals were delicious and the service was outstanding. The beautiful pools and landscaping provide a perfect place to be lazy and lounge for the day. The pool side table service is the best. I would definitely go back.

We stayed in a grand ocean front suite. It was spacious and comfortable with a spectacular view. The hotel construction was a bit on the way; a temporary entrance, no lobby, and limited elevator. I had expected to receive some kind of refund or voucher, but still I give it a 5-star. It’s a great place to spend your family vacation.
