We booked a room last minute with this hotel after our flight was cancelled at Cancun airport. The hotel staff graciously accepted and hosted over 50 people that had nowhere to go. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful for this hotel and the staff that remained helpful and positive despite the chaos. Our room was clean and the grounds were well-kept. Shuttles were on time and punctual for the amount of people that needed rushed to the airport next day. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was good. The staff was not helpful went we got sick. We got very sick of food poisoning from eating at their restaurant. We asked for help and were ignored. They wanted to charge us $500 dollars for a doctor to come see us when they were absolutely responsible of our disastrous situation. The local employees should not be punished for the lack of attention and consideration of the manager/owners of this place.

Although I sent 3 messages over 30 hrs before arrival, ordering a shuttle. No shuttle!! Other inchecking people same thing! I made 2 calls using someone's phone, as coming from holland and no active phone. After only a virtual agent, even though, I kept insisting on a real person, the 2nd call, I finally got a person who totally had no clue! Finally he said he would go to front desk, waited again on hold for about 10 min, and then they hung up! So had to take a 5 min taxi &he charged $30us! Front desk said they had no knowledge of call. Neither did shuttle man!! FREE SHUTTLE!!?? I DON'T THINK SO!!

We are super excited to be one of the first families to stay at this hotel.It is modern and practical. They're bedrooms are fantastic.I know that's super near to the airport and they offer free shuttle To the airport and free breakfast as well. The Swimming Pool is , of course , clean since the hotel is super super new. It's Small but cute. The staff is super friendly and they're eager to serve.They were super excited to be working in the brand new hotel and they did everything to Make us feel @ home.
