This resort was perfect for us! The resort was spotless, the staff was so helpful and kind, and the ocean was beautiful (even during “sea weed season”)! The resort was smaller but was the perfect size for us (mid 30s couple). The beach was secluded was from others and was wide open. We were even able to see sea turtles come on shore at night! I highly recommend this resort!

All inclusive vacation if you like well alcohol and flavorless food. Stay elsewhere… You will be pressured into attending a sales pitch for a timeshare.. Staff and everyone is friendly. Bars have random hours.. Coffee shop has random hours and doesn’t open until noon.. pool closes at 8pm. This was not the place to relax.

We traveled in June 1 week everyone was very attentive. Staff was outstandingly helpful. Very clean rooms and amenities. Food was great. Loved the weekly plan of events and activities for all guests to have during their day. The Beach view as well as the Lagoon view were excellent. The location was perfect, super close to the Isla mall. They even had a pool table. All that was needed was an area for families traveling with young children, could be helpful if a playground or other room for children to have activities. I will definitely return.
