I did not get the pedicure that I paid for, but they did reimburse me the difference. I also think that the food could be improved since this is a five star resort who didn’t live up to those standards.

Every day Wind up and wind down is great! It is refreshing - come back to clean rooms and clean towels Fans can be requested at front desk Courteous staff. Very good service. Spacious rooms and lots of activities for kids and adults alike. Recommend this property

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The food was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The kids had so much fun, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The resort restaurants offered delicious meals, although the buffet could use some improvement. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and, most importantly, swimmable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa experience was excellent, especially the hydrotherapy and massage services. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be returning!
