All the staff was very friendly and helpful. But one person in particular went out of his way to make our family feel welcome. Miguel at the coffee shop was wonderful and very helpful. You go to the coffee shop make sure to say Hello to Miguel.

We had an amazing stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our family feel welcome and well taken care of. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The food was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. What really made our vacation special was how friendly and attentive everyone was. Our children had a wonderful time, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves as a family. We created some great memories here and would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay in Family Selection area. Our butler Victor was the best part. The food was great, the beach was beautiful and the resort was pristine. The only thing I would change is more waiter service at the main pool and more bartenders at the swim up bar to speed up service. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and there are great pools, a lovely beach, and excellent dining options. What really stood out was the outstanding service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Sandy and Juan Carlos, our concierges, were especially helpful, taking care of all our restaurant reservations and arranging activities outside the hotel. My younger son also loved the bubble baths they prepared for him as a courtesy. It was such a thoughtful touch! A fantastic place to relax and enjoy a memorable vacation. We would definitely come back! 🌴☀️

Kerime at family selection was an excellent help during our stay. All of the staff was gracious and helpful. We had to stay an extra night because of our flight cancellations and the staff helped us stay in the same room to optimize our comfort! The food was delicious at Isla Blanca and all the restaurants. The pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax on. The beach was clean, little to no seagrassum. Would come back here with my family!

We had a great time at this resort. Our group had one adult and two kids with Celiac disease, and the staff was really accommodating about showing us what we could eat and making special gluten free food for the kids. The resort was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a jacuzzi loft suite in building 12 and it was HUGE. The butlers in building 12 were great. No complaints.

We had a great time. The highlight was our butler Victor. He was absolutely the best we could have imagined!!! Our room was pristine, restocked frequently, with crisp white linen, turn down service, and wonderful pillows. The buffet, sushi, tepoanyaki, Mexican, Poseidon and pizza are all fabulous! (The steak house, and the nest for dinner both were quite disappointing, even though the setting and service at el dorado were great) Gaston at the buffet, Hugo at eldorado both took such wonderful care of us! Luis at the Japanese bar, and the family select pool and beach bar staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating! Michelle and Nicole with the kids club kept my little entertained and raine (I am not sure of his full name) who did archery with us was too fun and had us in stitches laughing! Don’t skip pizza or Poseidon, head to the buffet or nest for breakfast, and anywhere you have the option to get sushi, go for it!

We had a great time! We were not able to try all the restaurant due to not having reservations open but we got to try The Japanese restaurant and the Nest. Our favorite restaurant was the Nest, Captain Armando and his crew were awesome! We had dinner there twice. Nicky at the kids club was great at keeping the kids entertained while the adults enjoy dinner. Maria at the pool was great with the kids. The pool waiters : Uriel, Julio, Carlos and other were also great. Facility is very nice and well kept. Buffet was also great with plenty of options.

This is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with plenty to offer for groups and families. We visited with a large group, and for the most part, the resort did a great job accommodating our dinner reservations, which we truly appreciated. However, the service was inconsistent. While some staff members were pleasant, others were not particularly friendly or helpful. Room service was also slower than advertised—although we were told it would take about 45 minutes, our orders often took an hour or longer to arrive. One experience that stood out was at breakfast when I requested a table for 14 people. The staff member assisting me visibly rolled her eyes, which felt unprofessional and rude. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful and well-suited for families, but a more welcoming and attentive approach from some staff members would greatly improve the guest experience.

Staff are friendly but there were not enough staff at the front desk when I arrived. Even though around 4pm and only 1 family was there, we waited more than 30 minutes. Butlers were also friendly but often not available. Room was clean but housecleaning was not perfect e.g. no cleaning until 3pm, towels were missing, and the minibar wasn’t properly restocked.

The resort, food and service was incredible. But we feel we were sold a false bill.of goods regarding dinner reservations, even with Family Selection status. Many restaurants closed throughput the week and we had to continually go up the 'chain' just to get ar eservation, only to find the restaurants were never at full capacity. It's too bad, if the restaurant situation was fixed it would have exceeded my expectations, but given the hassle we don't plan on going back.

Have stayed here 5 times over the last 5 years and generally service and quality has declined. Spa is amazing, most or the staff are friendly and attentive however our butlers were unresponsive and not helpful the first few days, our room was not cleaned by housekeeping more than once, quality of food has declined.
