We had a great time in this property. Everything was very clean. We upgraded to the Preferred Club and we had Manuela as pool server in the Preferred pool and we was amazing. We can’t wait to go back. Room service was amazing and the Himitsu restaurant was incredible good. Thank you for everything Dreams staff.

I love dream Sands. It’s in a great location with ocean front view great staff breakfast food was delicious. I want to mention our server Jorge in the breakfast area was so kind. We looked forward to having our table in his section.Loved our stay.

Super Friendly Staff, Jorge at the Main Bar was Terrific and made the BEST Drinks, Ask for the Jorge Special, No Disappointment there!! Hector aka tge Connector hooked up the Best jet-ski experience,, Snorkeling was off da hook,, All the Adventures were Amazing and FUN!! Roger (Ro-Hair) at the Swim-Up bar absolutely Fantastic service & drinks The Buffet was a Daily Delight & the Japanese Restaurant was a Favorite,, Very Traditional Cuisine!! This is my second time staying here, and I can honestly say I love EVERYTHING about this resort! From the amenities and amazing staff to the food, spa, and entertainment, everything has been wonderful. But my absolute favorite part is the beautiful beach! The water is so calm with barely any waves, which is exactly how I like it. It’s the perfect beach for relaxing, floating, and just enjoying the water without having to fight the waves. There’s a reason I came back for a second time, and I would absolutely return again. Such a relaxing and beautiful resort with so much to offer. Highly recommend!

Food was good. Upgraded to preferred but had to attend a Hyatt sales pitch. Over 2 hours. Very similar to a timeshare pitch. Had to say no to over 5 people. Best service at the resort was by Noe he worked in El Patio and another outdoor restaurant during the day. He was a wonderful and kind waiter. The best one there in our opinion. Manuela also was great she worked in the preferred pool area. She was another great waitress always there to offer drinks .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The restaurants were ok food wise. Our favorite was the Asian fusion one. The Mexican restaurant had no color and was very drab for where we were and we felt that it needed a complete revamp. The beach was a bit disappointing as not much sand area and rocky in parts and small rocks to enter into the water, also not enough lounge chairs. It is definitely a family oriented hotel and it had plenty of activities to enjoy. The spa was expensive but my son and I enjoyed our services very much. The drinks were plenty strong. Over all we had a great vacation.
