I love how spotless the room was, had everything you need. The staff was phenomenal beautiful people felt highly spoiled, I can go on and on. This is my 2nd time there. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Dreams. The food was amazing in all the restaurants and the service was friendly. Our waiters and chefs accommodated allergy restrictions easily without sacrificing tasty meals. Our room was always clean and restocked. The spa is a must! So relaxing and beautiful. We spent time on the clean white sandy beach and in the various pools and hot tubs which were all well kept. Lots to see and do with the various areas and entertainment. Every question answered and every need met by the friendly, competent staff.

Property was beautiful, excellent staff and food was also very good ! Not sure that staying in preferred club is worth it ! We had to rent a cabana for the week , we travelled with a 1 year old and needed it for naps and etc.. it was another 1200$ ! And our check in with preferred was lacking a lot of things ! We were very disappointed with that experience! We had a wonderful vacation though !!

The whole resort is very clean. Staff is very attentive. Food at the world cafe, seaside grill were meh. Nothing too big. The patio good and staff was amazing!! Def eat there! Oliver from the entertainment staff was very friendly and made the trip for my daughter more fun! Even though the beach wasn’t pretty this time because of the sargasso, we will def go back!

We had an amazing stay here for our 4th July gateway. This place is calm and peaceful. Restaurants are great with great food options to choose from. Very friendly staff. We’ll definitely coming back again. I highly recommend it.

The rooms and the staff were nice. The rooms were a little outdated but still nice. Every staff members I encountered was nice and most knew my name by the second day.

This place was beautiful. Is great for solo trips. If you just wanna get away and relax. Staff was very nice. The property was very clean. I had a really great time. Coming back again!

We really enjoyed the resort - the food was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was drink service on the beach, but we were there in low season and so I’m assuming it was a function of staffing.

Clean room and mostly friendly staff. Pools were nice, but the plunge pools were much appreciated. Food was mediocre at best.
