Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.

We traveled to this resort with a group and booked two rooms. For half of our stay, we were upgraded to Preferred Club, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this is one of the nicest resorts we've stayed at in Cancun. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had gorgeous views. Our only real disappointment was the food. It was very hit or miss, and the buffet was probably our least favorite of any all-inclusive we've visited. The desserts, in particular, were unusual and generally not very appealing at any of the restaurants. We had kids ranging from 5 to 13 years old with us, and they all had an amazing time. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout the trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If the food were improved, this resort would be hard to beat. We'd definitely consider coming back.

Yes - there is some distance to the ocean, but you can see it. We had a beautiful room close to the beach. Our room was ground level, so obviously not the sweeping views you would get being higher up.

Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The only thing that was bothering was their vacation package presentation that took up a 1/2 day of my stay. Over then that everything was top tier. The restaurants were great with food and service. Housekeeping and room service was quick and reliable. Spa treatment were better than expected I would recommend dreams/secrets to anyone staying in Cancun

My family and I had a fabulous time! The place was nice and clean! The staff was very friendly, especially in the cafés and restaurants. My only complaint would be the mosquitoes.

Beautiful stay and not crowded. We went in September and the beach had lots of seaweed that the resort tried to manage. The food was great!
