I had a fantastic stay over the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, including a good hair dryer and a wide selection of different teas and coffees available. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good range of hot foods: eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Plus plenty of choices for fruit, cereal, pastries, bread and spreads. Some things to note: there's no fan in the bathroom so everything fogs up. And second, if you use the $ 24-a-day car park, you have to pay for your entire stay, not just the days you park. There is free street parking over the weekend, which I used. But on my last day (Monday), due to street parking restrictions, I decided to park in the paid lot. I was charged for all 4 days of my stay, not just the last day. The car park is not managed by the hotel; they just have a validation deal to discount your parking.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was very good. There's not much within a walking distance of the hotel. Something we hadn't appreciated was that there is no free parking available on site. You can either pay to park or attempt to find street parking nearby. We chose the latter and were fortunate to find a spot within 200m or so. But the hotel didn't seem busy at the time so my guess is parking may be at a premium other times. Overall, a good hotel.

Can’t complain much. Cozy rooms, quick service, well kept rooms. Parking was a bit tight. There was a yellow stain on the quilt. Overall, it’s good enough for me to stay again.

Was very noisy with the nearby construction and at night I could hear people laughing loud in the street (or on the balcony of the bar in the hotel?). Carpark is not in use so a bit annoying to use the next door carpark and lift, luckily I didn’t pack much otherwise I’d be annoyed with the walk. Wouldn’t stay here again. Was clean though and staff were helpful/ friendly.

The room was fine, the hotel was clean and the limited interactions I had with staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the parking is terrible. The hotel carpark is tiny and fills up quickly and the street parking around the hotel is all time limited. If you are travelling for work or are an early riser then this hotel is great but if you are looking for a relaxing stay where you can sleep in, this is probably not the place for you.

Room was spotless. Breakfast excellent and varied. A/C /heating was so easy to control. I am elderley and usually find TV and AC diffiult to operate, but this hotel was the best I have used for someone like myself not good with technology.

The location is ideal - close to the airport and restaurants are only a very short drive away. The room was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant within the hotel was handy and had delicious food as well. I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at Mantra MacArthur Canberra and honestly one of the best hotels I’ve experienced at this price range. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The room was modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a comfortable bed and great overall layout. It really felt like a high-quality stay without the premium price tag. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The facilities are well looked after, and everything just works the way you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. Overall, this is easily one of the best stays I’ve had compared to other hotels at a similar level. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Canberra.
