Trabalho com turismo há mais de 25 anos. Há muito tempo eu não encontrava um hotel que cumpre exatamente o que propõe. Tudo funcionou, tudo estava bom. Apartamento de bom tamanho, lençois bons,travesseiros bons, ducha excelente, café da manhã muito melhor do que vários hotéis de Gramado. Enfim, virou minha referência em Campo Grande. O check in foi rápido, os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e prestativos, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa e bem conservada. O quarto era confortável, limpo e bem cuidado, banheiro espaçoso, com chuveiro bom, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, ar-condicionado funcionando bem. Elevador também funcionando bem e destaque para o café da manhã que é ótimo, variedades de sucos naturais, bolos, pães, cereais, frutas, ovos, com ambiente aconchegante. Recomendo muito.
