The reservation for the Jacuzzi room was Was unavailable, because the room had been broken down for over six months. Management would not give me a credit and ended up giving me a smaller room. Also, the room was supposed to be handicap accessible. It was not had five steps to go up to the room. Amenities issues, iron was full of old water and plugged up, conditioner, and soap dispensers were also plugged up, Wi-Fi system did not work very well cutting in and out with low upload speed (less than one Meg) and all the tile flooring was very slippery. The couch was very filthy and unusable. Exterior had a lot of spiderwebs and debris in corners of the handrails. The positives of this place was the cleaning staff, she was very friendly and helpful for our needs.
