Great place and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The receptionist Murilo was so kind. The breakfast is also great, but the hotel is old and could be in a better shape.

Convenient Hotel that hits all the basics

English spoken fluently. Microwave, fridge, kitchen sink, plate in room. Missing silverware and glasses. Good AC, hot water, etc. Breakfast great. Parking for 17 reals a day.

Hotel muito agradável e bem situado. Quarto grande com uma ante-sala com uma bancada com pia, microondas e frigobar. Roupa de cama macia e cheirosa, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente com tudo que se precisa para um bom desejum. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, cordiais e gentis. Todos os meus pedidos de edredom e travesseiros extras foram atendidos. Amei ter me hospedado neste hotel. Recomendo fortemente à todos. Voltarei sempre que precisar.

Desde o gerente Douglas, passando pela equipe de recepção, cozinha ( café da manhã delicioso ) e até o manobrista, esse hotel tem um time de funcionários incríveis, super atenciosos, eficientes e educados que fazem você não querer se hospedar em outro lugar quando tem que ir a Campinas.
