Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos. O café da manhã muito saboroso, a música no salão do café da manhã estava excelente. Muito arborizado, e bonita a paisagem. As roupas de cama, banho, e cobertores eram muito limpos e cheirosos, a cama e travesseiros muito bons. O chalé era limpo, mas, tinha um pouco de poeira. As instalações da pousada não correspondiam em tudo, ao anunciado: não tem restaurante, nem lanchonete, o quarto não é igual à foto, e frio demais. Se você fica muito tempo com as janelas fechadas, cheira um pouco de mofo. Faltam cortinas que dêem privacidade, pois as que têm lá são devassadas. E na cozinha não tem cortina, o que te tira toda a privacidade. O ar condicionado não esquenta, o que é um problema, pois o lugar é muito gelado. Não tem água quente nas torneiras do banheiro e da cozinha, e com esse frio, a mão doía com a água tão gelada. O chuveiro não esquenta muito.

Lugar maravilhoso com muita natureza, quarto confortável, grande com um banheiro maravilhoso, apesar do chuveiro ser fraco. Café da manhã simples mas tem tudo o que precisamos para um bom café da manhã. Espaço da piscina muito bom, estacionamento, lugar para fazer trilha e tem SPA a parte. Lugar muitíssimo agradável, super recomendo, cafe da manha muito gostoso , redarios, sauna , área com churrasqueira na piscina ,sala de tv , área para fazer fogueira , bastante lugar para descansar , te ate uma linda biblioteca completa , sala de jogos , jogos de tabuleiros tbm , spa, tem uma cozinha completa com mantimentos caso vc queira preparar um cafezinho um chá, geladeira, fogão, micro-ondas, os quartos sao bem amplos, banheiro grande e tbm ttem frigobar , e o que eu gostei que dentro da pousada vc consegue fazer uma trilha de 2km e meio ida e volta trilha de nível super fácil da ate para as crianças fazerem , eles só nao servem refeições almoço e janta , mais la na pousada vc consegue fazer pedidos pelos aplicativos e eles entregam na pousada ou entao vc pode ir ate o lago do taboao no centro de braganca e la tera várias opções, galera de verdade o lugar é muito sossegado e tem um estilo vinagre moderno sensacional

A pousada é um charme, e super bem organizada! Toda atenção possível aos detalhes, faz você querer passar dias na propriedade. Existem várias atividades para poder relaxar, além de fornecer serviço de spa e também de restaurante maravilhoso, para todas as refeições.
