The hotel has a good location, as it is in the central area. However, the towels had a very unpleasant smell that made me feel nauseous. The breakfast is simply terrible — I have honestly never had anything so bad. On the second and third days, we had to eat at a bakery instead. The scrambled eggs were dry and had a greenish color. Overall, the hotel feels neglected, almost abandoned. The rooms are old, and it clearly seems that there is little to no concern for quality.

Quarto confortável, localização perfeita, equipe impessoal, cafe da manhã bastante variado, porém a reposição é lenta. Como são apenas 2 elevadores fica muito demorado o acesso ao quarto. Garagem com manobrista é muito bom. Não usamos a piscina, mas parecia estar bem cuidada. O check-in às 16h. poderia ser antecipado, visto que o check-out é às 12h.

o Hotel grita por reforma urgente, os funcionários no momento do check-in estava em conversa paralela e só parou após uns 2 minutos da gente aguardando. Não existe vaga para todos no hotel. Agua do banheiro com textura e gosto ruim e também cheiro de esgoto, elétrica precária e aparente, existe ninho de pombo no condensador do ar condicionado próximo a janela do quarto, na piscina as pombas descem para se banhar, e possui pena de pombo na agua e nas cadeiras externas. Única coisa que valeu a pena na hospedagem foi o carro da manhã, farto e com reposição o tempo todo, apesar de eu olhar a cozinha ser insalubre, materiais de limpeza junto com a comida. nota 04 pelo Café

O tamanho do quarto é bom, porém os móveis são antigos. Havia poucas tomadas e a internet oscilava bastante — em um dos dias, sequer consegui utilizá-la. O banheiro é razoável, embora um pouco apertado. A equipe foi gentil e nos atendeu bem na chegada, o que foi positivo. No entanto, o quadro de funcionários é reduzido, o que torna o atendimento demorado. Fiz algumas solicitações simples por volta das 16h e só fui atendida após as 21h, depois de ligar duas ou três vezes para a recepção. O estacionamento fica um pouco distante, o que faz com que a entrega do carro demore quando precisamos utilizá-lo. Além disso, não gostei do fato de terem colado uma etiqueta na chave do veículo, que agora está difícil de remover. Acredito que poderiam adotar um método melhor para identificar os carros, sem utilizar etiquetas com cola forte diretamente na chave. O café da manhã é razoável, com boa variedade, porém os bolos estavam bastante secos e os ovos mexidos com aparência pouco agradável. O hotel estava cheio, e apenas dois elevadores não foram suficientes para atender bem à demanda dos hóspedes. Não foi a pior hospedagem que já tive, e o hotel tem grande potencial, mas precisa de melhorias, especialmente em períodos de alta ocupação. Não faço essas observações por criticar, mas com a intenção de contribuir para o aperfeiçoamento do serviço. Desejo, sinceramente, muito sucesso ao hotel.

O banheiro não tem box e nem escoamento de água, fica tudo encharcado. A pia do banheiro é bem pequena. O quarto e o banheiro são mal iluminados, difícil para fazer barba e ler. A equipe organiza o apartamento mas não lava o banheiro durante a estadia.

O hotel é bom, mas tem alguns detalhes que tornam a estadia um pouco desagradável como falta de toalhas nos quartos e falta de secador. Além disso, seria ótimo que tivesse itens de frigobar disponíveis para facilitar o acesso. Além disso, o elevador demorava muito para ser disponibilizado e condições de limpeza limitadas.
