Not like what you expect for an IBIS hotel

No the expected IBIS Standard. Also, it doesn't have the usual small cup of glasses that you could use inside the bedroom. The bedroom is extremely tiny. My suggestion is: I would avoid.

A estrutura e localização do hotel são muito boas. A equipe foi prestativa em um nível padrão, sem excepcionalidades mas na medida certa do bom profissionalismo. A limpeza do quarto estava de ok para menos. Tinha cabelo no banheiro e migalhas de comida no carpete. O café da manhã é um ponto forte, bem servido e com boas opções de alimentação.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã bom. Quanto a cama, muito desconfortável, pois o colchão é fundo no meio e altos nas laterais, provocando desconforto na coluna. Isso no quarto 557, onde fomos alocados. Pedimos prá trocar para o quarto 559, onde pudemos vericar melhor a acomodação. Agradecemis a equipe que nos atendeu prontamente.

Gostaria de registrar formalmente minha insatisfação com a hospedagem, em razão de uma sequência de problemas ocorridos durante minha estadia. Desde o início, o chuveiro não funcionava corretamente, sem água quente. Em razão disso, fui realocado de quarto três vezes, e tambem realocado em andar diferente, sem que o problema fosse solucionado. Além do transtorno evidente, o atendimento prestado foi inadequado: ao relatar novamente a falha, fui informado de que havia sido “tirado prova” de pleno funcionamento, em um tom como se o problema fosse pessoal ou inexistente, ou seja, uma impostura, totalmente desrespeitoso, difamação, e como se também o nivel de "quentura" ou "gelado" que sinto da temperatura fosse diferente do "normal". Somente após outro hóspede relatar a mesma situação, a equipe verificou o ocorrido e informou que houve um pico de energia, possivelmente ocasionando o desligamento do disjuntor responsável pela água quente de todo o hotel — confirmando, portanto, que o problema não estava restrito aos quartos que fui alocado, ou a mim. Entendo que falhas técnicas podem acontecer, porém a forma como a situação foi conduzida, somada ao tempo perdido, às múltiplas trocas de quarto e à postura do atendimento, comprometeu significativamente minha experiência.

Decepcionado por ser um Ibis, a hotel não se encontra dentro dos padrões da rede. Principalmente a limpeza deixa muito a desejar . Cheiro ruim no hotel e nos quartos banheiro sujo com sujeira mesmo .
