Primeiramente, queria esclarecer que o hotel de péssima qualidade, pois o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e não abria a janela, impedido pela instalação de andaime e na janela havia uma plástico de correr escura impedindo de entrar s claridade. Pedimos para substituir quarto que tivesse abertura na janela. Fui atendido, mas não gostei muito deste hotel.

Foi uma péssima experiência. O corredor do 3 andar cheirava a mofo e o carpete todo manchado. O quarto também cheirava a mofo, tinha mofo na cortina. O travesseiro tinha mancha de sangue. Pedimos um novo travesseiro na recepção principal e o funcionário trouxe ele sem capa alguma de proteção, muito anti-higiênico, e esse também estava com sujidades. Não recomendo a ninguém, afinal a diferença de preço não é tanta comparada a outros hotéis.

O quarto fornecido, não foi o quarto contratado pelo Hotéis.com. Disponibilizaram um quarto adaptado de cama baixa, banheiro horrível, um quarto bem feio e acabado. O Check-in e check-out é feito no hotel Ibis de cima, se estiver chovendo tem que fazer uma caminhada pela chuva de um hotel para o outro. Vale a pena pagar um pouco mais e ir em outro hotel. O Hotel é péssimo.
