Solicitei previamente um quarto mais silencioso, mas fui acomodada em uma unidade extremamente barulhenta. Já sabíamos que poderia haver ruído da rodovia devido à localização do hotel, porém o maior problema foi a péssima acústica interna. Qualquer movimentação nos corredores ou atividades da equipe de limpeza parecia acontecer dentro do próprio quarto. O colchão de molas também deixou a desejar, pois qualquer movimento de uma pessoa na cama impactava diretamente a outra. Os travesseiros eram muito baixos e desconfortáveis, e não havia opção de troca ou de travesseiros adicionais. No café da manhã, era comum encontrar mesas sujas, o que prejudicava a experiência. Estivemos hospedados em família, ocupando cerca de 10 quartos, e a maioria dos integrantes compartilhou a mesma percepção negativa em relação ao conforto e à estrutura do hotel.

No quarto selecionado não havia frigobar, não foi problema para mim, mas fica a observação. Fiquem longe da area fitness, as 5 da manhã tinha gente fazendo barulho (recomendo a administração a rever horario de funcionamento) e eu fiquei no quarto ao lado. No mais, recomendo. Boa localização para o que eu queria, limpo, ótimo café da manhã. Equipe prestou ótimo atendimento. Voltaria com certeza, mas pediria quarto longe da área fitness.

O quarto estava limpo e o chuveiro era bom. O que mais pega neste hotel é que os quartos são diferentes, tivemos problema no primeiro quarto com o ar-condicionado fazendo um barulho muito alto mesmo desligado, o que nos preocupou no caso de um curto circuito. Depois de bastante insistência mudaram o nosso quarto. O banheiro do primeiro do quarto não tinha box e o formato em diagonal fazia com que a água fosse para todos os lados alagando tudo, como usar a pia depois ou ou vaso no meio da água? A roupa de cama estava limpa mais era menor que o colchão, os travesseiros muito baixos. A localização também é meio escondida. O café da manhã foi bom. Não fiquei para as duas diárias reservadas, mudei de hotel. O segundo quarto era razoável, tinha box, embora bem apertado. Dentro do hotel alguns sinais de infiltração no teto. Garagem confusa também.

Ótimo hotel para passar uns dias em campinas, seja a trabalho ou com outras propostas de saída. O quarto e banheiro são confortáveis, a equipe do hotel atenciosa e educada. Tem vários lugares onde deixar o seu carro estacionado no hotel e de forma gratuita, o que é um ponto muito positivo. Bem perto do centro de exposições Don Pedro. Com certeza, havendo um novo evento na região, estarei voltando, valeu muito a pena, excelente custo benefício.
