The room needs a retrofit to update general infrastruture but i consider to short term staying is suitable. The parking is tiny and narrow space but it is possible to park beside hotel, a third part but no fee to the customers. The breakfast is adequacy with fruits and proteins.

Contra: O hotel não oferece estacionamento próprio e fechado, o hóspede tem que estacionar fora, na rua. O quarto é pequeno e tem 1 cama de casal muito pequena (estreita) com um colchão horrível além de uma outra cama de solteiro que toma o espaço que já é pouco. O banheiro é antigo, como um boxe pequeno cuja vazão da ducha é péssima. A água não esquenta o suficiente. Considerando o que é oferecido, o preço da diária é caríssimo. Ainda bem que ficamos apenas um único pernoite. Prós: O café da manhã é razoável e o hotel é limpo, bem como os quartos. Mas em um retorno futuro não ficaremos mais nesse hotel.

- Estacionamento descoberto e pouquíssimas vagas (orientam a estacionar na rua, caso falte vaga); - Equipe de funcionários atenciosos e prestativos; - Café da manhã bom, porém necessitando atenção à conservação de alguns alimentos; - Quarto antigo (porta utiliza chave /espaçoso com cortinas e ar-condicionados velhos) e totalmente desprovido de iluminação indireta (abajour-spot) / banheiro "datado" e com azulejos pintados para disfarçar a necessidade de reforma / TV (e o nicho dela), com poeira de dias....; Conclusão: É um hotel bem localizado apropriado para pessoas em trânsito à trabalho ou lazer (usando o hotel de base para ir à outras cidades), mas muito desconfortável e despojado (não tem piscina, quadra e academia de ginástica) caso o hóspede precise "ficar mesmo" na cidade. Não é uma boa opção para casais jovens - famílias com filhos pequenos e/ou adolescentes. É um hotel que pode "servir bem", pelo "custo-benefício" - de acordo com o custo da diária a ser oferecida.

O quarto que fiquei era de frente para rua e faz um barulho com as pessoas que passam e o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho .
