Actually we did not stay too long, one night and we arrived late, anyway the hotel was in a perfect place, in front of the sea and 2mn walking to the center. Room was quite OK, not the best in our tour but with everything you need.

The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. They brought me back the broken one and said just to leave it turned on and plug it in like that it’ll work fine. When I’m paying good money for a beautiful hotel room with a beautiful view, I would expect that they would be able to provide me a hairdryer. Just a minor thing.

Solo la puerta que da al balcon, no se podia cerrar, y alguien se puede meter por ahi, y el aire acondicionado como que no tenia fuerza o ya llegaba muy poco al cuarto

El personal fue muy amable y atento y está muy bien ubicado. Quizá estaría bien que pusieran sombrillas en el jardín donde está la alberca para poder utilizarla más cómodamente. También, ojalá reparen el segundo elevador ya que solo funcionaba uno.

La pasé muy mal porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tuvimos un calor toda la noche ni pudimos dormir y es que si fueron a checarlo a las 10:30 de la noche pero ya no enfrío suficiente! Y otra observación la tina no se llenaba se iba el agua, para cuando nos fueron a ver ya nos habíamos bañado! Definitivamente no regreso, y el techo del baño está muy compacto y es jabón en líquido en vez de barra!
