Excellent for price.

Disappointing experience with a third-party booking. Upon check-in, my assigned room was completely uncleaned from the previous occupants. Since this was booked via a private rental agent not the hotel, the front desk couldn't offer direct support. After waiting an hour in the lobby, I was moved to a clean but downgraded room. To make matters worse, the room's Wi-Fi failed to work (though the main Hotel guest network was strong enough to use), and the host completely ignored my multiple messages and emails. I like this area, but I will only book directly with the hotel in the future to avoid these communication gaps.

Live this property. The ocean front room was great. Loved the size of the room. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. We also liked the location.

This is a truly exceptional property. Best bang for your buck in Fort Lauderdale.

We loved our stay at Arya. Great room size, great view, comfortable bed and bedding. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the view outstanding. The only thing I could come up with for a recommendation is to update the kitchen a bit more. But with that would come an increase in price per night. So there's that. I feel it was a great place to stay and worth the price.

The 1bdrm apartment was very spacious and clean. The property managers were amazing! It was easy to book and checkin. The pool was clean and beautiful. They even had put put golf. This is my second time staying there and I will definitely return. The location is perfect because it’s only 1 block away from the beach.

Un buen lugar pero fuera del parque de agua no hay mucho que hacer, y tampoco amenidades dentro del hotel ni vida nocturna. Es un hotel exclusivamente solo para descansar
