The staff was very helpful and polite. The only negative was the caulking around the tub and it needed a new toilet seat. We did not hear any of the semis leave so I would say the rooms were quiet.

The staff were great and the breakfast was better than expected. It wasnt just muffins and coffee, and we had options for waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The biggest complaint was the incredibly musty smell in our room. We believe it was the AC uniit. We were so desperate for fresh air that we put car air fresheners on the AC vents to try to mask it.

It's an older hotel that could use some detail work with caulking, painting, etc...but it is well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, great pillows! Nice property to walk dogs. Quiet, no freeway noise. Very nice and welcoming staff. Breakfast was better than expected with lots of options.

The room was clean and parking was very convenient and safe! However, the floor and bedding in our room was damp and made the room have a sort of mildewy smell, not sure if this is from the AC unit or just the humidity! Our door also appeared to have been kicked in at some point as the wood was split. The deadbolt worked well to keep our room locked, the metal swing lock however did nothing due to the broken frame.

The light above the desk had a short in it and kept flickering out, the ac unit had a button missing with wires exposed, I wanted to wash clothes but their dryer was broke, the curtain had broken hardware and pieces all over plus half the blackout curtain was missing, the door jamb to the front door and bathroom were once kicked in, the bed was horrible. Would give 0/5 if it were an option. The staff was good, but they cant help it the company they work for does not invest in fixing up the facility.

The hotel is acceptable and fairly clean. The lobby has a damp musty smell and feel, but the room was better. The toilet seat had a peeling surface and was stained, which made using the toilet feel unclean. The light fixture had a lot of corrosion on it. Overall, the room needs some minor updating and it would be fine. It’s a good hotel to get some rest close to the highway.

Registration was great and friendly. Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and TV worked great - but carpet outside bathroom was wet and felt crunchy in front of sink. Tiles in bathroom felt like they’d crack when you stepped on them. Toilet seat was peeling and should have been replaced. Room was musty smelling - maybe related to water leak. We discovered all this when we returned to room after late dinner or would have requested different room.
