The staff was very kind, and helpful when needed. They even allowed us to stay in the hot tub and pool after hours because of a power outage that the city had, it was to no fault of the property. The breakfast was excellent each morning and the rooms were clean and had lots of room to walk around.

I had to book this at the last minute, but what a happy ending that was! The place was immaculate and the rooms were well thought out. Everything from the soaps and shampoo to a sitting chair that was actually comfortable. The staff was friendly and the check in was quick. Visiting family in Camarillo, this was our 2nd stay there. Room was spacious and VERY CLEAN! LOVED the choice of having a soft or firm pillow. It was nice to be greeted with an oatmeal cookies on our arrival. I noticed that there was no bath mat in the tub and we were having a little difficulty with the tv. I did mention that to the young man ,working at the reception desk, He was VERY apologetic. He did have Mario, maintenance worker there within 5 minutes as well as housekeeping with a bath mat. The hotel beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend and stay there again.

Last week we took parents to Ventura Harbor Village and Cruz island for Father's Day. We booked two rooms and two nights.
