Top!! Hotel rooms are close to the private beach. Noticed improvements from our last stay including free afternoon tea, mini-mart set-up, etc. Staff are flexible with a free room upgrade, early checkin as well as late checkout, and addressing noise of our neighbor. Great place to stay!

Lokation is everything, and the hotel is located right on the most beautiful beach. Good facilities, nice breakfast buffet, very clean all over the hotel, and most important very service minded and kind staff. One suggestion though, you should open the pool bars at 9 am, and have staff walk around taking orders, that would triple your turnover in no time 😊

Great hotel for families- the facilities are great ( beach, pools, slides, kids club) and the food was also good (understandably repetitive as we stayed 11 nights). The spa was a bit disappointing for the price so we found several local alternatives that collect and drop from the hotel and give great massage at an excellent price albeit in less luxurious settings. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Mr Quang and Miss Duyen in the restaurant as both were incredibly attentive. The GM, Sean was also very nice and stopped by for a chat a few times. Our interconnecting family rooms on the third floor was an excellent setup in terms of layout. We had some issues with plumbing/smells in one bathroom but they tried to fix it quickly once we highlighted the issue. Proximity to the airport is great. Beach is beautiful with the sun rising above. Live music at dinner each evening was really enjoyable and our kids loved it. The level of supervision in the kids club was a bit disappointing but part of the challenge is that many staff members have limited English We were also surprised to have to pay for many craft activities like painting a hat and being charged 4X the market price for the hat. Overall we loved our stay and think the layout of the hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at and we would definitely recommend it for all kinds of guests.

The carpets in the room and reception area had stains and should’ve been vacuumed. Breakfast buffet is favourite end of average quality. Staff super friendly and helpful with some level of English. The beach is clean close this hotel but about 200 m on either side, unbelievably polluted with plastic float some. No water sports are available and swimming only in secured areas in the ocean due to under currents. There is no city nearby so don’t expect any city life.

I would score a 7/10. It’s a very nice hotel, the setting is beautiful however other than a day trip you will stay in the resort. The breakfast was great , with high quality options. Lunch and dinner was expensive for Vietnam but good. We did experience some slow service and a feeling some of the staff needed more training. I want to qualify my comments by saying all the staff tried but seemed to lack direction.

I spent a weekend with my son at the resort and had a lovely time, the accommodation is of a very good standard, very large and comfortable room, well equipped. The beach was peaceful, leisure facilities were plentiful, the swimming pools were clean. The food was good, great variety of dishes on the buffet. The staff were of a high degree of professionalism and absolutely amazing, friendly and very attentive. One downside was the litter on the beach (plastic bottles, polystyrene, etc) with nowhere to dispose of it.

The room needs some improvement; the windows need regulation to stop the wheezing sound of the wind, the washroom smelled sewage and there was no fan. I dont think the rooms were being cleaned properly; stains on the carpet, on the chairs. The hotel needs additional restaurants other than the existing ones. The staff of the main restaurant are very good and helpful especially Hang and Quyen with their beautiful smile and knowledge of English. Overall just good stay. Not competent for 5 star hotel.

Thank you, Radisson! You truly made us feel at home — even more, you made us feel like family. We had a wonderful stay in Cam Ranh, and the Christmas buffet and party were among the very best we have ever experienced away from home. A special thank-you to Mrs. Nhung for her exceptional attention and kindness, and to Mr. Peter, the new hotel manager, who has brought fresh energy and new life to this beautiful gem of a resort. We will definitely be back. Needless to say, we highly recommend this place — even if it means it won’t remain our secret spot for much longer. Keep up the fantastic work, and heartfelt thanks to the entire team.
