Minden nap ki kell választani előre a másnapi reggelit egy listáról (leves, tészta, omlett, rántotta, vaj és lekvár, yoghurt csümölcsökkel, banános palacsinta) Ezekből EGY választható és EGY innivaló mellé. Tehát kávé VAGY üdítő....
