Strengths of this hotel: Friendly and courteous staff, very tasty food in the restaurant (fantastic grill, salads, fruit, and desserts), direct beach access, wonderful spa/wellness facility/staff, water dispensers throughout building, staff maintain room floors clean, almost nightly shows on the pool terrace. Weaker points but not deal-breakers: all drinks (including water and non-alcoholic) are extra (for 3 people, 10-15 Euro/night) at dinner (we had half-board), finding sun chairs that are not reserved - almost impossible by the pool. My recommendation for chairs: reserve the ones on the terrace outside of the wellness and fitness room. Few people walk through there, and the wellness shower/bathrooms/water dispenser is all free. The pool is only about 20-30 seconds away around the corner, the beach only about a minute down the steps. There is even a hose with fresh water below the terrace to wash sand off yourself. And the best part of this terrace…direct view of the ocean. Cost of 3 reserved chairs for a week: 60 Euros. 3 beach towels required a 30-Euro deposit, which was returned.

Amazing place with spectacular views. We had the package including breakfast and dinner. I was extremely happy we had the food included. Food was great and lot of variety. A peace of mind when you are having a relaxing time and don't want to worry where to go for food. Highly recommended. It really exceeded my expectations. I had read some reviews that the place needed some maintenance but i didn't see that anywhere. It was well maintained and updated. I just wished i had spent more time there! Car rental is a lot more expensive at the hotel. We went back to the airport and rented a car for a fraction of what they charge. If you want to travel around the island, i suggest to rent a car at the airport. Taxis are expensive and not easy to get! We traveled few cities in Spain and this was by far our best stay!!!

I like the Hotel. Friendly people, clean, everything nearly great. The only thing which drives me crazy are the two elevators. Sometimes you have wait several minutes and the elevators are passing my floor several times without stopping. But I would definitely come back.

Super hotel and staff, the spa is all newly renovated and lovely, as is the dining room. Dinner was great , many choices, fresh varied roasted meat every evening and great salads, the seating inside and outside is really well arranged , this hotel is so beautifully situated to gain the best views of the nearby beaches and blue sea Breakfast was good, but not great in our opinion, although the bakery and fresh fruit was excellent, the hot food included many German dishes. Rooms are very clean with great views and although we were unsure at being on the 7th floor, the view was great, overlooking one of the beaches and beyond. The unusual and surprising bonus are the numerous shaded areas within the trees on many different levels, giving shade and privacy with sun beds. Pool area also very shaded, medium size pool , sadly weather not warm enough for us to use it but we did make the most of the gorgeous warm indoor pool which is available for all guests to use from 7 am until 8 pm. Towels were provided and the gym was well equipped. Trekking tours arranged to visit many nearby villages and the hotel was full of cyclists making the most of the hilly terrain and lovely local scenery. What we did miss not having tea and coffee facilities in the bedrooms, it would make a difference to us personally, but loved the carafe in the room which you can fill with cold water from the water dispensers on each floor and in reception, invaluable when the weather is at its best.

Amazing location set between 2 lovely beaches with fabulous views. Paguera is a great resort with lots of shops and restaurants and a relaxed vibe. Hotel had great staff, service was excellent, food at breakfast was all very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sun lounger reservation system they have but that’s just preference.
