Everything was great! Wish there s a shop at the hotel. The mini golf needs to be renovated. The staff members were great n friendly. The only confusing part was the maze from the front desk to the room or pool/beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bon Sol, with a spacious and clean room with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. We loved hanging out on the lounge chairs by the sea, and there was plenty of space for everyone given all of the swimming pools on the premises as well. We also tried playing squash for the first time since they had a court for that.

The staff are amazing and so kind, however… the property is falling apart. The rooms are clean but ancient. It reminded me of my grandmothers bedroom. I loved the staff and how fun and nice they all were. I do need to say they are amazing. The hotel and everything needs a major facelift. Crumbling concrete, tiny car park is a mess, carpets are stained from years and years ago. Skip it, there’s better places

A very unique spot with its very own beach Cove. We loved everything about it. The service was excellent. Everybody was great if I had to think of anything that I would’ve liked to changed is this is not an adult only resort overall the kids were well behaved, but I wouldn’t go near the pool for this reason, but then again, who would swim in a pool when you have the gorgeous Mediterranean with a private beach at your fingertips We’d probably go back when school’s in session next time

Great place for eurofamilies- choice of food will satisfy children from many countries. Pools amazing from 60cm ones for toddlers to 3m one. Beach and small cove super special and memorable. Great people overall, especially reception and evening formal restaurant team do really care. At some point , rooms will have to be upgraded, missed proper coffee machine.

The hotel has everything you need. Lots of quiet areas to relax. Their attention to detail is impressive. Family run for over 70 years and everyone is treated like family or an old friend. Food and presentation is very good and the staff are well trained. Not so good for less agile people as the hotel is split with an underground tunnel entailing a walk. Loved it - we will be returning!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bon Sol in Mallorca. Traveling with my husband, sister, and our three daughters, we were immediately taken by the warmth and hospitality of the staff—they are truly some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve encountered. The entire property carries the charm of a beloved family-run establishment, and even the scent throughout the buildings is unforgettable. Bon Sol brings people together—my husband and I met lovely couples we’ll stay in touch with, and our teenage daughters connected with other kids their age, which made the experience even more special. The restaurants are excellent, the pools and lush gardens are beautiful, and the little private beach feels like a hidden gem. It’s the kind of place that makes you wish you could stay longer… and we absolutely will next time.

Beautiful Cove

Set on a beautiful cove it is stunning to relax seaside. It is a quirky hotel set over 3 levels and different sides of the road. Lots of stairs, walking and tunnels involved. Lovely room overlooking the ocean and the breakfast delicious. However our dinner was the worst and most expensive of our 3 weeks in Spain. Frozen, bland, tough.. yuk. Predominantly over 70s clientele.

I hate to leave a review that’s less than great especially since this is a family operated hotel. Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best and could have been better for the amount we are spending. 1. If you are under the age of 65 I would not recommend staying here. This hotel felt more of a retirement home than a vacation stay. 2. Beach is amazing and gorgeous views but rooms/hotel is old and has funny odors. The hotel is so beautiful and unique but definitely a little run down 3. Fantastic location 4. Staff was friendly for the most part with the exception of bar staff 5. People reserve beach seating by putting towels on beach chairs at 5/6am and not return until noon. Very frustrating as majority of the seating is taken with no one occupying it! A little disappointed in our stay!

Waitress Aziza for her friendly smile every day. 7) rooms were spacious and up to date. Dislike: 1) due to different levels in the facilities, you have to cross few hallways and elevators to get to different areas of hotel. It could be a little confusing, but you get used to it. 2) the hallways could be lighted better and there is a moist smell in some of the hallways, that could be very minor issues compared to all the advantages.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Bon Sol! We were traveling with our 21 month old and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and fitted with all the amenities we needed to make things convenient - baby toiletries, towel and a rolling crib. The second bathroom was super helpful and allowed for additional flexibility with our little one. The view was also so beautiful! Everyone was so willing to help with our little one making sure we were good on milk and any special meals he preferred. We enjoyed pool time (although it does get deep quickly) with hotel-provided pool noodles. My husband and I were able to really enjoy the wet spa which was such a special treat and included with a quick phone reservation. The hotel was close to some restaurants but we had a car so that was helpful getting around Mallorca. Parking was also available, however, the lot was quite tight. Honestly - one of my favorite vacation stays!

Breakfast was good. Older crowd. Certain parts of the hotel are outdated. Rooms were spacious, but beds were uncomfortable- very hard and could use more blankets not just a top sheet. Shower and toilet area was updated. Mini refrigerator did not work very well. They gave us a bottle of cava which was nice. Check in- staff was friendly but a little slow and disorganized. They offered us a drink ticket which was appreciated, but that also took a long time to get a drink. Beach/pool area- left over food and drinks were laying out. We could not find a spot at the beach because everyone lays their towel down to reserve a seat (even though they are not physically sitting there most of the day). We even went down at 8am and found the same thing. Pool area could be cleaner. Due to this we ended up not spending a lot of time on the property. Overall the stay was just okay.

Great staff, location and overall vacation. Hotel AC was lacking but everything else made up for it. Would love to return and enjoy the holiday all over again. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good. Lots of pools. Private cove and beach with stunning views. All balconies were great sizes. Lobby bar was great for evening drinks. Onsite parking was helpful.
