Clean room and comfy memory foam beds. Overall very quiet hotel except in the morning if I like to sleep in, I make sure I ask housekeeping not to knock next morning they usually come around 9-10am. Staff is very friendly and nice pool area, and right next to the beach is where I hang out most, with lots of restaurant options. Make sure you go to the rooftop pool to see sunset!

This is our second time visiting, and just like last time it did not disappoint! From start to finish our visit was exceptional, service, room, food, cleanliness, location and the beautiful sea view it was second to none! We requested the same room as previous on booking, our needs were met and exceeded! On arrival, check in was easy and friendly and our room was perfect, with extra added touch of being greeted with wine, a fruit platter and lovely welcome note. All of our requests were taken and acted on quickly (requesting iron/ironing board etc) I can’t stress enough how much of a great atmosphere, and lovely hotel this is! We will be back 10000%! Highly recommended! Thanks for a great stay!

Great hotel everything worked great I heard rumours about air conditioning but all false very comfortable staff helpful . I had a late flight the day of checkout but they had a nice shower room set up before I went to the airport. Book this a day in advance so you get a proper half hour slot.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I would say the hotel is more a 4* than 5* and pricey for what it is. Positives: Friendly staff Cleanliness Breakfast was great and there were lots of options Fair prices for drinks and food Comfy bed Location Adults only Negatives: Paid for a sea view room but most of the view is obstructed by trees Room was very noisy even though listed as soundproof. It’s like you have the balcony doors open all the time. Thankfully I packed ear plugs. You can also hear people walking around above and scraping chairs. Swimming pool is freezing Rooms are small Gym is poor with limited weights

Extremely disappointing stay. We will not return to Fergus Style Tobago or another Fergus property. We were talked into upgrading to a room with a private rooftop sun lounge and jacuzzi. The rooftop was nice, but the actual room was shockingly small—barely enough space to move around or open and unpack our luggage. The AC was completely inadequate. We sweat through the night, and when we complained, someone came to “fix” it only to give us an excuse for why it was supposedly functioning properly. The refrigerator also failed to keep anything cold, and incredibly, we were told we would be charged for ice. Perhaps the best example of the lack of attention to detail: staff actually placed ANOTHER GUEST’S LUGGAGE INSIDE OUR OCCUPIED ROOM. Completely unacceptable and concerning from both a room-access and guest-property standpoint. Parking was another headache. We have an EV and parked at the EV charger, which wasn’t working. With no other spaces available, staff repeatedly confronted us about parking there—as though their broken charger and lack of parking were our problem. Between the tiny “upgraded” room, terrible AC, useless fridge, charging for ice, broken EV charger, parking arguments, someone else’s luggage being put in our room, and poor attention to detail, this was nowhere near the experience we expected. Mallorca has far too many excellent hotels to settle for this. We won’t be back.

Good position close to the beach and restaurants . The reception staff is very professional , smiling and reactive ready to help anytime. Very small rooms definitely not a five star standard , toilet was leaking with noise ,very bad phonical isolation exterior and interior , old fashion swimming-pool from 60ties , sun beds extremely dense no privacy and always fully occupied

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. La vue sur la plage était magnifique, un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Le bar proposait une bonne sélection de boissons dans une ambiance conviviale, idéale pour se détendre en fin de journée.
