“Arrived at 4pm and there were no staff, key was in an unlocked box and facility was unstaffed, which would nto be an issue but there was no cold water in the room (only hot) could not have a show unless I wanted to scald myself, also no kettle no milk and just enough toilet paper for 2 or 3 uses with no spare rolls in the room...... When we returned to the property and 9pm we literally walked past the entry and had to look at Google maps to find the entrance because the entry lights were off...

“Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. I had to park my car at reception as the park has turned 90% of their units into live in accomodation, and I could not drive my car down the appropriate driveways to the unit as garbage, rubbish and old broken cars blocked...

Spotless clean. Good amenities.
A fully equipped kitchen. A big bathroom.
The price per night for Greenwell point is way too high. I don’t think it’s worth $270 a night for a tent in a place where there’s nothing to do, it’s not a tourist place, and there’s no bar/clubs/restaurants at all.”
