Everything was super good a very nice and safe area, they have all the essential services and more, water to drink for all customers, the restaurant staff Cristian and Karol were very kind, the personal were very considerate they put my breakfast to go, since my flight back to Texas were so early, that is true attention and concern for the customers, they also facilitated my transportation at dawn hours, I am really very grateful and without a doubt I will return there again

A little gem boutique hotel at Cali, excellent location for exploring San Antonio . The pool and restaurant area is truly wonderful . Very chic and super clean. Breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed our 5-day, 4-night stay at Rossa Palma. One of our favorite things was the breakfast and the staff that served it (especially the "older gentleman":). He was very welcoming and always smiling. We also used the pool and this staff member was quick to make sure we had towels and beverages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel with relaxed atmosphere and good service. Most of the employees spoke English. Very good breakfast. Nice room, comfy bed and quiet aircondition. Our room (4) got quite a bit of noise coming from the neighbor bar during the weekend, until 2am, but the weekdays were more quiet. Bring your ear plugs.

We had a great stay at the Rossa Palma Hotel. Our room was clean upon entering, and the areas in and around the hotel were tidy as well. The most amazing thing about our stay was the staff in the restaurant every morning for breakfast. They were very friendly and professional in every way. We would like to especially mention Jeaneth at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic from the time we initially walked in until the day we left. She was helpful, professional, engaging and just simply a beautiful human being, both inside and out. When we return to Cali, we would love to stay at this hotel again and hope that Jeaneth (and the restaurant staff) will still be there.
