We came to Calgary for a family reunion and booked Marriott Residence Inn for the convenient location by the airport. All 14 of us stayed in mostly separate rooms, but it was great to be able to meet for breakfast every morning and be so close together, mostly on the same floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and when we had issues with the tv not working, they were very prompt in fixing the problem, within minutes! The breakfast included in the room charge was excellent, probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in a hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom suite for my wife and 3 kids. We've stayed in a rooms similar to this before.. so we knew what to do. But for our situation we have to juggle our kids to bed, and move them once their asleep. No biggie. We had to leave to the airport at 5am, so we couldn't do the breakfast, but they had breakfast-to-go boxes that we ordered for pickup at the front desk at 5am. Which was amazing, and helped us a lot on in the airport. We ate at the restaurant that Is below the connected Courtyard Marriot... which had happy hour discounts on some Items and drinks. It was delicious. The only thing that was disappointing was the Indoor pool felt very cold. It was 79º which Is normally fine for my kids.. but I think because the room was very warm, which made the pool feel much colder. So our kids didn't last long In the pool.

We enjoy our stays at Marriot Hotels but will be switching to another location. This was our third time at this hotel and I would rate the experience the same for all three visits unfortunately.
