Our Front Desk greeter, Margaret, was absolutely amazing! Best greeting I've ever had at a hotel! She was super friendly and seems to have the ability to read guest quite well to make then feel completely comfortable. And "at home." Property is well maintained and the the rooms were very clean and comfortable. A 10/10 !

the room was clean and modernized except for the bathroom. The staff was friendly and ok. The elevator to the fifth floor wasnt working so you had to take stairs to the fourth floor to go down that was definately an inconvience and wasnt told when you checked in found out when we tried to go downstairs.

The staff were amazing here. We had a first floor room near the road and if i were l to book again, I would get a second floor room so that I didn’t have to listen to the people above me thumping around. I would also ask for a room further from the road as the city train runs all hours of the night. There are no weights in the weight room, just 3 cardio machines. Breakfast was decent, lots of carbs. Overall, a good value for your money.
