Hotel bastante antigo, mas bem conservado. Quartos reformados (banheiro não, mas em bom estado) e limpos. As piscinas tem água natural e trocada diariamente, o que quase nenhum clube/ Hotel de Caldas tem mais. Fornecem toalhas para piscina. Café da manhã bom, mas em dias de hotel vazio tem menos variedade. Possuem quadras de tênis que podem ser usadas pelos hóspedes. Equipe solícita e educada. Este app diz que o check out é às 10h, mas no hotel consta às 11h.

Relativamente bom, apesar de ser proibido entrar com bebida e comida, pleno século 21 ainda temos que ficar a mercê de coisas do hotel (que inclusive tem pouquíssimas opções) e não tem serviço de quarto. Poderia ter flexibilidade de ao menos poder consumir no quarto, até isso é proibido, e ainda ficam VISTORIANDO quando a gente sai do hotel e volta com alguma sacola, achei bem desnecessário e até invasivo.

O hotel só pecou pelas músicas tocadas o dia inteiro na sexta e no sábado, só tocou sertanejo. Esse tipo de ambiente, piscina, tem que tocar outros tipos de música também como MPB… fica cansativo e foi aquele sertanejo gritado, enfim foi difícil de aguentar! Café da manhã ok Cama e chuveiro muito bons As piscinas eram limpas todos os dias, mas ficava com uma areia no fundo.

Limpeza excelente na entrada. Porém, só limparam o quarto depois do 5º dia, mesmo eu tendo solicitado por 2 vezes anteriormente. Informaram tratar-se de "protocolos contra a COVID". Curioso, pois a lógica seria limpar todos os dias. Confesso que é o primeiro hotel em que vi essa "rotina".

Razoável. Pecam muito com a falta de troca das toalhas e higienização diária ,principalmente do banheiro. A vista do 222 é para um paredão. As músicas são de doer; sofrência,pisadinha e o volume que atrapalha uma boa conversa. Gostamos muito das músicas populares do Violeiro Braz. Uma pequena falha na vistoria dos carros antes de irem para a garagem.

Uma breve pausa no Hotel Taiyo

Boa tarde, foi ótima a nossa estada no Hotel Taiyo, o quarto e o banheiro com tamanho ideal, com varanda, cama e utensílios muito bons, eles tem uma preocupação com a limpeza, há uma cabine de ionização na entrada do hotel. As 02 piscinas estavam excelente, foi a primeira vez que nós estivemos neste hotel, voltaremos novamente, se Deus permitir.
