Not good 😌

Hotel is very outdated with broken/damaged Things in rooms and averall. Looks too old and needs to be repainted and repaired. I expected better amenities but they seemed like need repair. Will not recommend or stay again.

Péssimo o sistema de reservas do hotel. Eu precisei adicionar uma pessoa à minha reserva e levaram duas semanas para resolver uma coisa simples, fora que não houve transparência alguma no processo. Além disso, a comida, inclusa no custo, era de baixa qualidade, inclusive três pessoas passaram muito mal com a comida.

Foi a pior experiência que tivemos, a equipe da recepção não é nada solícita e discute com os clientes inclusive a camareira que não queria arrumar o quarto pois disse que não era obrigação dela e que arrumava a cada dois dias, não tinha toalhas disponíveis, tínhamos que usar as mesmas. Além disso chegamos e o chuveiro estava quebrado, demorou quase um dia todo para arrumar, depois de muita discussão o gerente nos trocou de quarto mas não amenizou os problemas. O hotel é bem decadente e peca demais no funcionalismo dos seus atendentes, gostaria que a Hoteis.com se responsabilizasse por colocar este hotel em seu site depois tivemos uma pessima uma experiência

Razoável. O Hotel é bom mas o check-in e check-out são extremamente lentos gerando um tumulto enorme. Como o hotel estava cheio devido as férias, o pessoal do restaurante também não estava conseguindo repor os alimentos no café da manhã.

O hotel é excelente, possui uma estruta perfeita pra quem quer ficar no hotel, muitas piscinas, atrações para crianças e muito mais coisas. Foi tudo muito bom, porém so tenho uma coisa a reclamar, sobre a funcionária do Petcare do hotel, ela foi extremamente mal educada e ficou me questionando por que eu tinha recebido um desconto na taxa de pet devido ao benefício da minha reserva ter sido pelo hoteis.com. Ressalto, o hotel é incrível e eu fui muito bem atendido por todos os funcionários do hotel, somente essa terceirizada do Petcare que acha que é dona do hotel e precisa aprender ter educação e simpatia.

Fiquei decepcionado desta vez. Já fui várias vezes, mas nesta vez percebi que o padrão caiu muito. Quarto sujo, guarda roupa com porta emperrada, cortina do quarto caindo, banheiro com duchinha quebrada, demora para esquentar a água, café da manhã ficou fraco de mais,,,,com frutas muchas, leite e iogurte aguados, com poucas variedades. Caiu demais o padrão,,,assim não volto mais.

No quarto o ar condicionado somente ventilava ar natural. Nao tem secador, nao fornecem shampoos.Tv bem ruim. Equipe educada mas desinformada (cada um diz uma coisa). Regras gerais bem chatas (meu filho tem 1,23 e nao pôde usar a piscina kids de 1,20. Tudo la dentro é pago a parte (sala de jogos, inflaveis infantis). Meia pensao nao compensa, jantar é bem ruim. A localizacao é boa.

A diária iniciava às 14h. Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 18:20h Liberaram o quarto pra mim às 19:50h e depois de muita insistência, sob o argumento, pasme-se, de que a “A DIÁRIA É A PARTIR DAS 14H’, mas sem horário fixo de entrada. Fui muito bem tratado pelas funcionárias Priscilla e Luana (gerente), assim como pelo segurança e equipe do bar. Porém, a política consumerista do hotel é uma tragédia.

Infelizmente o hotel está acabando, longe do que era antes. Os quartos precários, instalações antigas e mofos por toda parte. A qualidade dos serviços caíram demais, limpeza da piscina a quem. Não estou sendo chato somente compartilhando a opinião de um monte de pessoas que falamos e conversamos na estadia.

Já fiquei várias vezes no Riviera, mas desta vez foi a pior. A qualidade despencou! Café da manhã sem variedade e com comidas questionáveis. Para um hotel Park a falta de toalha foi inaceitável. Nunca tinha toalhas disponíveis. Nem das de quarto, nem das de piscina. A limpeza dos quartos era básica e nunca colocavam tapetes no banheiro. Para um hotel que tem a capacidade de acomodar tanta gente, a quantidade de funcionários é baixíssima. Minha família sempre ficava no Riviera por causa dos parques disponíveis e da qualidade dos alimentos, mas agora não vemos mais essa vantagem.
