Aguas frias em pleno outono

Estadia Muito ruim! Já me hospedei 4x no praias do lago e foi a última. Em pleno outono, noites e manhas geladas e as piscinas simplesmente frias! Impressionante! A cidade das aguas termais não ter piscina quente! Reclamamos diversas vezes, inclusive outros hóspedes que eram cotistas. O segundo desapontamento foi o bloco que nos colocaram. Fedido. Fedia esgoto sempre pela manhã e a noite. O hotel estava vazio. Poderiam ter nos acomodado em outro quarto. Num bloco melhor! Não tirei foto de nada porque não vale a pena. Nem fotos pessoais tirei praticamente. Tão chateada que só digo que foi a última vez.

Lugar muito bom bem tranquilo , funcionário muito educado, só não gostei de uma coisa que um dos proprietários tirou agente do lugar que estava sentado falando que aí o lugar era dele, porque era proprietário tinha prioridade, mas como estava de férias não dei muito atenção, mas o hotel deveria ver isso.

Prós: piscinas quentes, boa variedade no café da manhã, acesso gratuito aos parques da rede WAM, quarto espaçoso e bastante confortável, jardinagem muito bem cuidada. Cons: abordagem constante de pessoal da WAM para ofertar cotas de empreendimentos da rede, falta de informação precisa do pessoal de apoio do hotel em relação a diversos assuntos do réveillon, falta de esteira na academia, alimentações (almoço/jantar) tiveram leve queda quanto à oferta/qualidade de carnes/peixes, valor considerado elevado de refeições e bebidas (tanto no hotel quanto nos parques da rede).
