I loved my remodeled room, it was so big and spacious! Had a great time. The staff was great and friendly. I really liked being away from the strip. The only thing I did not like was the pool area, I wished they stated due to high winds, we are unable to use the umbrellas. That is point of paying for VIP. But other than that it was Great! I'll definitely be back.

I did not like the pool while it shaded 3/4 of the day they could move some of the cabanas and sun beds and put in chairs there for patrons to use also it cost $20 for a beer that’s outrageous I could see if the money was going to pay for the staff if they were making $40 an hour but they’re not who’s getting all the money just a overall price gouge all the way around I was told that check-in if I wanted to do an early check-in it was $50 but if I waited till after 1 o’clock it would be 20 when I got back there at 3 o’clock to do the early check-in the girl informed me that it was 25 and not 20 I wasn’t going to argue with the receptionist over five dollars her attitude was very standoffish when I explained to her that what I was quoted was the $20 but again I’m not gonna fight with her over five dollars I just prefer not to do business with these people again everywhere you turn it seems like they’re trying to get money out of you furthermore when you exit and walk outside of the building there are homeless people laying on the sidewalks and sleeping on the sidewalks right in front of the casino you think the casino owners would all get together and create a place for law-enforcement to gather up these individuals and put them there instead of laying on the ground in front of the casinos furthermore I understand that people should not give money or food to these people it only enables them .

Food and drinks are VERY EXPENSIVE inside all Hotels on the Vegas Strip. Expect to pay way above on everything purchased , NOT just the MGM !!!!

We love staying with planet Hollywood! Everything is right there, you are in the middle of strip. Very clean resort. My third time staying and I won’t stay anywhere else! Thanks for a wonderful stay as always!
