The stuff was amazing, the Concierge lady Caroline make sure that all my questions were answered and she did some reservations of the property that were very useful, the rooms were clean and has everything I needed, the property was clean and very close to the pyramid which was useful because we went to the pyramid and to the new grand museum which was an experience of its own, we would definitely stay there again we loved it, we felt safe and well taking care of, it was our first time landing in Egypt so we didn’t know what to expect but this Hotel made our State feel like home.

The property and the views to the Giza pyramids are good, the only downside of this is that the room had the ceiling cracked all over the room, so the A/C was not getting cold at all, it always stayed at 24 Celsius in the room.

Probably the best hotel to stay in the area of Giza near the pyramids and offers a reasonable price for the rooms. Very quiet area compared to other hotels in that area. Would highly recommend as staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms were well kept clean. Strongly recommend this place as I would go back to this exact hotel if I was to visit again.
