I arrived around 7:30pm and rang the bell and was waiting for someone to come to reception. No one ever came out. There were many cats all around on the table to eat and everything. My kids saw someone pass by but they went in a different area where it had some guard dogs. We left and had to look for a stay at a different hotel where we were also told that other persons that were supposed to stay here had went to the same stay as us at la kukula lodge. I definitely recommend giving them a lot, the best breakfast we ever had and a very comfortable rest. We got in contact with caribbean flow whatsapp found on google and they were willing to do a refund atleast.
