“Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...

“Great location- easy access to all stores - Albert docks - soccer stadiums- train stations Very clean and tidy - Staff including all the cleaning crew were very helpful Will recommend to my friends and family For the next time we are in Liverpool.”

“Me cambiaron la habitación y me dieron una con 17 camas y éramos 2. Me pareció eso feo.”

“For some reason they seem to change how long it takes to receive your deposit.”

“The location was at the center of everything we wanted to do. It was a comfortable stay. Very clean. Very practical.”

“No More comentes. All beautiful”

After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.”

This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

“The apartment is in great location, extremely close to shops, pubs and restaurants. It has everything you need for a city centre stay and was very clean. However, the bed was very hard and so made nights uncomfortable.”
