I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The unit I was assigned had wet floors, humidity and the AC was not working properly, and during the first night I assumed it was simply due to the heat outside. I thought maybe the AC needed time to cool the room since it seemed to have been turned off at check‑in. However, the situation quickly became uncomfortable, distressing, and honestly disgusting. I couldn’t sleep well, and I did not enjoy my stay at all—especially considering how expensive it was for the quality I received.
One bed was fine, but the other had broken wood and even a hole in the frame. The next day I spoke with Colon, one of the employees, who was very kind and helpful. Thanks to him, I was able to switch to a different room. Although the second room was better than the first, the overall quality was still far below what I expected for the price paid.
There was no WiFi, the room felt dirty, and at that point the stay was already paid for. The staff interactions were polite, but the condition of the property itself was unacceptable. I have paid similar amounts at hotels like Marriott, Westin, and Sheraton, where the standards are significantly higher.
I do not recommend this place unless you are fine dealing with the issues listed here. As for me, I will not stay again—not even if the stay were offered for free. The property needs substantial improvements before charging the rates they currently do.
