No hotel La Plage, nossa hospedagem começou de forma muito decepcionante. O quarto que reservamos pela internet não tinha absolutamente nada a ver com o que foi apresentado nas fotos e na descrição do site. Ao reclamar, o funcionário nos transferiu para outro quarto, supostamente melhor, porém mais barato e apenas “menos ruim”. O quarto estava em péssimo estado de conservação, com sinais claros de falta de manutenção. O ar-condicionado não gela, o frigobar também não funciona corretamente, tornando a estadia extremamente desconfortável. Além disso, o café da manhã é simplesmente ridículo: pão velho, café frio e praticamente nada do que é mostrado na propaganda do hotel. O serviço oferecido está muito abaixo do esperado e do que foi prometido no momento da reserva. É uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Espero uma solução imediata, seja com a devolução do valor pago pela hospedagem ou tomarei as medidas cabíveis, inclusive buscando meus direitos por vias legais.

A área externa do hotel é muito boa, tem sala de jogos, boa piscina com bar, jardim gramado, cadeiras e mesas e acesso direto para a praia (porém, por motivo de segurança, este acesso fica aberto somente das 7h às 18h, o que obriga os hóspedes que querem caminhar pela praia fora deste horário a dar a volta no quarteirão). Internamente o hotel deixa a desejar na conservação do prédio e nos serviços de quarto. Camas, colchões, toalhas e ar condicionado precisam de substituição urgente. O café da manhã é razoável, mas foi o mesmo pelos 7 dias em que fiquei hospedado. Para pessoas pouco exigentes, como eu, a estadia vale a pena pelo custo-benefício. Principalmente porque o outro hotel na mesma praia, com infraestrutura muito melhor, tem estadia custando pelo menos o dobro.

A localização é excelente, de frente para a praia. Possui uma boa piscina. A limpeza e higienização dos quartos, sinceramente terríveis. Lençóis e cobertor encardidos. Toalhas velhas e também encardidas. Chuveiro elétrico e horrível. Ar condicionado super barulhento. Na noite que choveu entrou água pela sacada. Café da manhã fraquíssimo. Bolos velhos, não tinha suco, só refrescos. Louças velhas, algumas quebradas. EU NÃO RECOMENDO NEM RETORNO .

O que salva nessa pousada e a localização e nada mais. Pior experiência que tive até hoje. Na minha chegada eu encontrei um quarto muito sujo, vaso com papel egienico, urina e o pano de chão na pia. A noite uma barata veio nos visitar. Café da manhã simples e com a sujeira do quarto fiquei com medo de experimentar. Cama péssima, TV nao pega nada, Wi-Fi nao pega nos quartos e o ar muito barulhento. Quarto com cheiro de mofo! E o tipo de pousada que nos faz não ter vontade de voltar na região.

Estamos em 2026 e nos quartos não tem Wi-Fi O hotel está em pessimas condicoes Percebemos que o café da manhã é bem simples, quartos com cortinas quebradas, janelas com alta dificuldades de abrir e fechar, enfim, viajamos 14 horas de carro para encontrar um hotel que nem 1 estrela possui. Não Recomendado Não vale o valor que cobraram !!! Ficamos descelcionados

Primeiramente o único elogio seria, hotel pé na areia, depois disso foi triste, péssimo café da manhã, teve duas que teve várias frutas azedas, comi pao com salame todos os dias, rsrs! A cama tinha muitas formiguinhas, o ar condicionado faz mais barulho que escola de samba, roupas de cama bem desgastadas! Reservei 5 dias, fiquei 3! Não aguentei! Infelizmente não recomendo a acomodação! A piscina e bonita! Mais as escalações estão sujas e mal cuidadas! Não recomendo!

O quarto é terrível, tudo muito precário, o hotel não merece nem 2 estrelas.... a localização é excelente, o staff razoável, mas a limpeza e acomodações, café da manhã, tudo muito precário, com aparencia de sujo. Tive que pedir ao hotel para me trocar de quarto, pois o primeiro qu eles me colocaram estava fendendo mofo, com uma goteira sobre a cama de casal, tudo muito sujo, em frente a uma porta com móveis e colchões empoeirados, sem luz nos spots que eram todos enferrujados.. .fiquei bem decepcionado.
