The pools are great. Nice to have drinks available in the pool area. The drying rack in the tub was not working so we used our patio furniture for that. Not ideal. We ate at the cafe for dinner-two of the orders were wrong. Food was pretty expensive and just pretty good. Breakfast was very good except for the cinnamon roll French toast -hard and flat. Cinnamon rolls were great.

Pool was nice room was a little rough.. hole patch on ceiling, squished bugs in bathroom ceiling. But it was a crash pad on the road trip and the kids loved the pools and slide. Golf course was nice too!.

A nice family place! The pools were nice with the ability to choose indoors or out, the golf course is great and there are other options for families like mini golf, and a play area. Overall the property is dated but nice enough. The restaurant options a good too.

I have been coming to Fairmont for 30 plus years! I love it! I would just suggest the pool staying open later on the weekends in the summer. And a coffee stand separate from the restaurant. But we love the golf course and the bar is great! We’ll be back!

The rates do not match the experience or accommodations. Upon checking in my husband mentioned the "family fun package" that's on their website & the staff blatantly stated, "we don't like expedia" and told him he could buy the stuff at their gift shop & pay separate for the other included items. The outdoor hot springs were very nice although the waterslide stairs & interior structure to the building needs to be updated (they look like they could be a safety issue sooner than later). We bought our son a float at the gift shop and then were told he couldn't use it multiple times. Friday night got a bit chilly so we went indoors and were using the indoor pools and were rudely approached by a 20 something year old girl in a thong bathing suit who told us indoor pools were closed - we were not the only ones in there & there was nothing stating they were closed (website says outdoor will be closing 9/8 but nothing about indoor) the next day there was a 8x11 piece of paper up saying they were closed. We also saw mice running around the indoor pool area so I guess that was a blessing. Restaurant is overpriced for what the food is. We ate at the Springwater Cafe while we were there...got the "prime rib" tacos the first night - it was deli roast beef that was not very good for $22 with chips. The Royal Cobb that was supposed to be on a bountiful bed of greens was iceberg lettuce (some brown), avocado that was clearly previously frozen, and dry chicken ($24)

Property pool area was under construction and they didn’t tell us. Disappointed that instead of Mountain View’s we had to look at construction fence and tarps. The few staff members we came in contact with provided EXCELLENT SERVICE and one maintenance staff member, named Marcus, let us know we had a flat tire and the proceeded to change it in the resort parking lot for us as we didn’t know how. He also referred us to a tire repair store. We offered him some cash for the assistance but he refused it. What a great guy and an asset to his employer.
