Very pleasant staff at desk and servers at the restaurant! Loved Elana! I do wish the room service was offered daily, as we had to ask for towels and garbage to be emptied. Most of our stay there was no television service. Only the last full day of our stay!

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. I’d easily stay here again. The only thing we noticed was that the shower area could use some ventilation— I saw what looked like a vent, but couldn’t find a switch for it.

I was surprised that there was an automatic $250 incidental charge at check in on top of the room charge. The front desk staff was accommodating and switched my room to a balcony. The attached restaurant was great for dinner. There were people outside at night arguing and peeling out in the parking lot

This is the only hotel I will stay at now when I visit Butte. It’s clean, quiet with great amenities. The beds and rooms are comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend a suite if staying for several days.
