“The owner of the property was kind and considerate. She made sure the place was so well-stocked and made us feel so welcome it was almost more like staying over at a relative's house (one we like) than a hotel. The in-room amenities included (not an exhaustive list): table w/chairs (four), a sofa, a bathroom sized such that it wouldn't be amiss in the USA (unlike most of Europe's seemingly traditional half-sized bathrooms in which one may only relieve themselves with legs together), tea, sugar,...

“The sheets were old and nubby. They should be replaced. Pub area seemed very worn and dingy. Not a welcoming environment.”
