Clean friendly place. Comfortable and near bus/subway station. Hotel is situated in a back alley not in busy area but if you are only looking for sleeping place and budget friendly place, this is it.

For the price this was such a great deal . The property is nice , beautiful , clean , and the hosts are kind. The bus stop, train station , and convenience stores are literally two minutes away. The only thing that spooked me at first was the area surrounding the place . It didn’t help that I arrived at night and the alley leading to the hotel was poorly lit . I retaliate , for the price this place is as good as it can get !

立地は良いですが、外観の写真がないため、実物を見て驚きました。昔のラブホテルでした。一度トイレを詰まらせてしまい、2、3時間トイレの水が出たままで焦りました。その時スタッフが不在のためホントに焦りました。すぐ対応はしてもらえたようですが。テレビもつかなくて、ワールドカップの決勝が見れず悲しかったです。しかし良いところは、ベッドは寝心地が良く、泊まってみると快適な要素もあります。

日本語の話せるスタッフの方はいませんが、 チェックイン時に既に名前を書いたノートで聞いてくれたり、食事のできる場所など携帯の翻訳機で教えてくれたりととても助かりました。 凡一駅から数分ですが駅周辺は深夜何もやっていなかったですが、西面までタクシーで700円程で地下鉄でも2駅なので特別不便ではなかったです。

次も利用。

ラブホっぽいので、チェックイン以外、他のスタッフと会うことがなかったです。掃除も毎日してくれて、清潔でした。パソコンも各部屋にあるっぽいですが、ハングル対応なので、使用ずらかったですが、なんとか英語やローマ字で検索などしてました。テレビとも繋がってましたので、youtubeなど大画面で見れました。まわりに飲食店もあり、現代百貨店もすぐ近くにです。駅の反対側に地元の人が行くようなチムヂルバンもあり、とても便利でした。冷蔵庫の水と缶ジュースの ２本ずつ無料でした。しいて言えば、セーフティボックスがほしいのと、たまたまなのかも知れませんが、トイレのウォシュレットが動かなかったことです。 全体的にコスパは良いので、次も利用したいと思います。
