It was a comfortable stay. The room had everything I needed including the washing machine. And I discovered too late that the detergent was in the luggage storage. Overall quite good for the price and centrally located.

It's so good to have a place where you have a small kitchen and laundry machine. Really makes things easier especially when youre travelling for a long time. The place was really clean and its in a very convenient spot. And you have a really nice of Busan and the mountain. The staff reply to messages and questions very quickly too.

The space is excellent, clean, modern, and has everything you need. It's in a great location with easy access. Just keep in mind that they only accept cash for payment.

Easy to get there. From seoul station take KTX train (about 3 hours) to Busan station for about $20. Then take metro line 1 to Seomyeon Station (about 10 minutes) for about $1.20. All very easy. Then take exit 12 at Seomyeon Station, walk 3 minutes. Room is compact but very functional, clean and has everything you need. Generous with clean towels, toilet tissues, kitchen cutlery so we didn't need to contact the management during our 4 day stay. Across the road is a huge traditional market selling fruits, vegetables etc. Many local restaurants and prices are lower than those in food courts of department stores. Easy to get around busan from this place as metro line 1 and 2 takes you to nice places from seomyeon station, like Hundae beach. All in all, a very good stay!

Check in muy sencillo y flexible, sin necesidad de recepción, con instrucciones muy claras. La habitación muy moderna y bien equipada. También cuentan con una sala de consignas, lo cual nos vino muy bien. Los únicos peros son el ascensor, el cual es poco eficiente en un bloque que cuenta con muchos huéspedes. También tuvimos problemas con la basura, que seguimos las instrucciones de dejarlas fuera pero nadie las recogía.

4泊しました。 キッチン、トイレ&シャワールーム、洗面台ともに新しく気持ちよく過ごせました。お部屋のオンドルのおかげで寒い日も快適でした。 チェックイン手続きもメールで連絡が届いてスムーズに行えました。滞在中に質問メールを何度か送りましたが、対応も早くて安心出来ました。 お部屋はツインルーム。ベットでお部屋がいっぱいなので窓際のハイテーブルとイスが少し窮屈なのが残念。クローゼットが付いているおかげで荷物を収納出来ましたが、スーツケースを広げるスペースはありません。

部屋は新しいわけではないですが、清掃は行き届いていて綺麗でした。 トイレとシャワーが同じ場所にあるのですが、カーテンがないのでトイレの方まで濡れてしまうのが残念でした。 また、押し戸なのでシャワーから出るにはトイレの方に回り込まないといけないのが不便でした。 ドラム式洗濯機がついていて、洗濯ができるのが便利です。 ただ、乾燥機はついていないので注意してください。

同じタイプの部屋でもここだけ格安で、少し不安でしたが何の問題もなく、アクセスも良く、最高の宿でした。 モーテルとかは安いですが怖かったので… 西面駅12番出口からすぐです。 夫婦で利用しましたがツインベッドの部屋でも窮屈に感じず充分でした。 シャワーとトイレに仕切りがないですが、向きを考えたらそこまで濡れなかったです。 タオルも沢山用意してありました、ゴミの捨て方が難しいと口コミがありましたが簡単です。 一般ゴミは玄関前へ、リサイクルゴミや生ゴミは1階の駐車場に捨てに行くだけです。 1階にはEmartもあり、水を買っていきましたが冷蔵庫に２本入ってました。 衣類用洗剤は持参する必要あり。その他はあります。 宿泊前はメッセージが返ってきましたが当日は返ってこず、 韓国語を話せないので、当日もメッセージでやり取りできるともっと良かったかと思いました。 それを踏まえてもとてもいい宿でした。

清潔 キッチン、ランドリーもあり、便利に使えました。 メッセージを確認してなくて、チェックインに手こずりました。メッセージのやり取りでうまくいけました。 シャワーの温度設定機能に気づいたのが遅かった。ゴミ出しと同様、もう少し大きく目立つよう掲載された方が親切かもしれません。 シャワーカーテンがあると、トイレが濡れなくて良いと思います。 立地条件もよく、快適に過ごすことができました。

광안리, 서면, 해운대 등등 부산 중심에 있어서...일단 위치로 먹고 들어감. 객실은 스프링이 느껴지는 매트리스 빼고 최고. 수건도 약간의 냄새가 해결되면 좋겠네요. 엘리베이터가 이용고객수에 비해 턱없이 부족하다고 느껴집니다. 특히 체크아웃시간에 사람이 몰려서 거의 저층고객들은 이용을 못합니다. 러기지 스토리지 서비스는 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 저렴하고 세탁기가 있어서 장기 숙박에 추천합니다. 너무 잘 머물다 갑니다.

西面駅からすぐで立地がよく、地下鉄までエレベーターがある場所なので重い荷物があっても楽でした。洗濯をしたい私にはとても快適でした。チェックイン直前にさまざまな連絡がマッサージで送られてくるので、少しどきどきしましたが問題はなかったです。不明な点はメッセージでやりとりできるため私は問題ありませんでした。
